Directions: From Blowing Rock Road in Boone (U.S. Highway 321), turn onto Boone Heights Drive, where Burger King is located. Take a left onto State Farm Road, and we located in the second building on the left, the Blue Ridge Medical Center. Our office is on the second floor.
